Members who decide to cancel their premium membership are no longer eligible to promote current or past awards and/or ratings and must cease all use of the BEAG Logo Marques – including materials that they have created using Our BEAG Logo Marques – within 5 days of the expiry of the subscription term.
Your subscription is for a minimum 12 months and is paid by direct debit. It will auto-renew for another 12 months or each month thereafter (your subscription term) depending on your choice of an annual or monthly plan and your chosen bank account will be charged. We will advise you of your results from each assessment and providing that You have not cancelled membership, We will send You new BEAG Logo Marques for any new Ratings/Awards. Remember, a listing is not guaranteed and your rating/award level may change.
You can cancel auto-renewal anytime by emailing beagmarketing@propertyacademy.co.uk, but you must do so before the last day of your current subscription term to avoid being charged for the next subscription term.
You will not receive a refund for the remainder of your then-current subscription term. Should we change our pricing, we will notify you by email and you will be charged the new price for subsequent subscription periods.

We assess every agent in the UK and list the top 20% in the Best Estate Agent Guide.
Results We measure results based on analysis of every on market property listing for sale or to let over a 6-month period (October to March). The criteria includes market share of new instructions, % of properties sold or let, how quickly properties are sold subject to contract or let agreed, time to progress to exchange, fall through rates and % price achieved.
Customer Service We look at social proof in the form of the number and score level of google review, plus a sentiment score based on an analysis of the comments. When identifying the best agents in each size band, we review agent’s websites looking at digital service delivery such as valuation & property viewing booking forms, contact options.
Property Marketing The property listing analysis also provides an indication of property marketing ability.
Do I need Premium Membership to promote my rating?
Yes. You can promote your status only when you purchase a Premium Membership.
The assessment and listing in the Best Estate Agent Guide have been carried out at our cost and are free of charge to agents. There is no obligation for you to purchase a licence or promote your attainment. If you see a value in promoting your achievement, you can purchase a licence covering your use of the official award & rating marques. In addition, we will send you various additional marketing assets to help you prove your worth.

An exceptional rating in 2024 equates to a gold award. It means that you are in the top 8% in the country.

Every agent that purchases a licence receives free access to Insight Local – a tool provided by our Data Partners TwentyEA. Insight provides information about the performance of all agents in your patch against the criteria that is used to create the Best Estate Agent Guide.
